The Open Seat
At every gathering, one seat remains open.
It represents the man not yet in the room. There is always room for the right man, but never simply more men.
The first Table begins with eight men and one open seat. It is not a limit and not a countdown. It is a standing reminder that growth here happens through relationship and discernment — and that recognizing another honorable man is a responsibility carried by every man at the Table.
