What is collected

Your name and preferred name, contact details, city and state, company and role, the introduction you write for other members, your Table Profile answers, attendance and dues records, and the technical records required to keep your account secure.

Private reflections

The reflective sections of the Table Profile, the Question Before the Table, and The Echo are private to you and Franco. They are stored separately from member-visible information and are never shown in the directory, on your membership card, or in anything another member can reach.

Contact information

Every contact field carries your own visibility setting: visible to members, visible only after you approve a connection, or private. New fields default to approval-only. A field set to private is not sent to another member's browser at all.

Incomplete profiles

While an invitation is open, the written answers stay in your own browser and are not sent to us until you secure your seat. A photograph, if you choose one, is uploaded to private storage at the time you select it. If a seat is opened but never taken, the photograph and any record of it are deleted when the invitation expires or is withdrawn, and at any time on request.

Photographs

Your photograph is held in private storage. It is never published, never indexed, and is shown only inside the member areas through a link that expires within the hour.

Confidentiality

What is said at the Table stays at the Table. Member names and membership itself are never published, indexed, or shared. The member areas of this site are excluded from search engines.

Payments

Dues are processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored by The Last Tuesday. We retain the record of what was paid, when, and its status.

Your requests

You may request a copy of your information or ask for your account and records to be deleted. Write to Franco from your account page and the request is logged and answered.
